Cape Canine Services was founded in 2013 and proudly became part of the Dyck Advisory Group (DAG) in 2024. We are based in Schaapkraal, Cape Town, with a full kennelling and training facility, and we serve clients throughout the Western Cape.
We’re led by Nico Jansen, who brings extensive experience in dog training and kennel management. Nico previously served as the senior trainer of DAG K9 Services for five years before joining Cape Canine Services. Supporting him is our longstanding Property Site Manager, Brian Mukarati, who has overseen day-to-day operations since our inception.
Our director, Denis O’Driscoll, brings over 25 years of expertise in canine security, breeding, training, and the selection of top-performing dogs for this specialised field.
We place great value on both our canine and human workforce. That’s why we only employ Trainers and Handlers of the highest calibre. This commitment to quality is clear when you meet our team, evaluate our dogs, or experience our service.
